What is full turn-key?
Full turn-key means your property will be completely move in ready. Whether you are moving in yourself or renting it out, your property will have all indoor and outdoor furniture, whitegoods/appliances, beds, bedding, artwork, rugs, kitchen, laundry and bathroom items installed and ready to go. Every detail can be catered for, without you lifting a finger.
How do you add value?

Do you only work on Investment Properties?
Not at all!
The reason why we do so many investment properties is because the ability to work at SPEED. With investors, every week a property sits vacant, it costs them money. So with our carefully curated supply chain and logistics team, we can get projects installed in as little as 2-4 weeks.
But, we regularly work with owners on design and furnishing their dream homes. The same process, but in a time frame that suits them. With longer lead times, we also have the ability to custom make pieces and use a wider variety of suppliers to make their vision become a reality they get to enjoy every single day.
Are you experienced?
This is what we do. We live it, we breath it. Having designed and installed over 100 projects across Australia and NZ, we know what it takes to get the job done right, first time. From the design phase through to install, each aspect of your project is given the same level of care and attention.

What locations do you cover?
As an Australian business operating mainly out of Sydney, we cover the following areas:
New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South East Queensland, Canberra and New Zealand (on request)
But we have yet to turn down a job that we can’t deliver on. If your property is outside of those mentioned above, please get in touch and let’s make it happen.
What’s your lead time?
While no two projects are ever the same, the lead time will be influenced by the following factors:
> Scope of work
> How many trades, if any, will be involved
> What time of year it is
> Your location and access
> You choice of furniture suppliers, flexibility, level of involvement, choosing in stock vs custom made etc
> Is strata approval / body corporate, planning permission needed before commencing work
In saying this, we have completed full turn key furniture installs in as little as 3 weeks. Many 4-8 bedroom homes have been completed in 4-6 weeks, even projects that were based interstate or overseas. It’s our experience and partnerships with suppliers and logistics that helps make things run smoothly, to get you set up, asap.
Can I choose my design style?
You sure can. We always welcome input from our owners at the start of the design process to make sure we deliver you your dream space as soon as possible. Our large network of wholesalers and suppliers allow us to design and procure items in a vast variety of design styles, so you aren’t just limited to what’s on trend or what you find in the retail space.
Could I do this myself and save $$$ ?
In all honesty, you possibly could. If you are great at interior design, procurement, logistics, assembly, art hanging, removing rubbish, have endless amounts of time on hand and never make mistakes, you could probably save a little or break even. But if you aren’t great at one or all of these tasks, then maybe just leave it to the professionals at Studio Wright. We know we will save you time, money, work and costly mistakes.
Airbnb & Holiday Home management?
We get asked this question a lot. Unfortunately we don’t offer this service. We leave it up to the professionals who specialise in short term property management. If you are stuck and aren’t sure who to use, we can help you with recommendations in your area, tips when looking for one and questions to ask. This can help make sure you receive the best returns and service possible.
Can you match this cheaper quote?
When it comes to choosing an interior design firm to furnish your property, it can be hard to compare. What do you value most? What’s your desired outcome? When it comes to our full turn-key packages, we believe we are the most competitive and best value for money by far. There are cheaper options out there who provide partial services or lower quality items that we probably can’t match, but when comparing like for like, our quality and value is second to none.
